Previously, Mr. Philo served as Vice President Market Access, Trade and Distribution at Harrow, Inc., where he built a new structure and strategy to address business needs, commercialized new brands, revitalized older portfolio brands, and pioneered comprehensive payment terms to elevate Medicare B (ASP) product reimbursement rates. At Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Philo served as Vice President Sales and Market Access, providing strategic direction and leadership to sales teams, implementing strategic sales and market access strategies, and expanding market access into patient support and hub for reimbursement strategy. Earlier roles at Indivior/Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals included Vice President, U.S. Payer Market Access, Vice President, U.S. Pricing and Payer Market Access, Director, Commercial Managed Care, and National Account Manager.
